Arlin Ewald Nusbaum was given the true location of the Temple on Temple Mount in Jerusalem (see Temple Mount 11:11 Horn of God), and now the true location of the American Temple Mount in western New York (Bountiful, today Tonawanda).
Each one is a “Mount Zion,” and Our Lord will be returning to each—the American one first.
42 And the time cometh that he shall manifest himself unto all nations, both unto the Jews and also unto the Gentiles; and after he has manifested himself unto the Jews and also unto the Gentiles, then he shall manifest himself unto the Gentiles and also unto the Jews, and the last shall be first, and the first shall be last. (1 Nephi 13)
He shall return the same way that He left:
9 And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.
10 And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel;
11 Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven. (Acts 1)
